Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s).
  • If you receive a damaged item(s), it must be returned before we can issue a refund.
  • You must use a trackable shipping service.
  • Only regular priced items can be returned.

To initiate a return/refund, please contact us at info@cheapitde.com. In your email, request the return for a refund or exchange of item(s). If your order includes multiple items, please specify the items you wish to return by title or SKU number. Within two business days you will receive an email with the return address of the nearest shipping center.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we have received, inspected and approved your return, the refund will be processed within two business days. The refund will be issued to your credit card or other original payment methods. Please note that we do not control the transfer speed of funds. In most cases the process is completed the same day, but sometimes it can take up to 7 business days or more. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our policy does not cover cases of theft. If the order is proven delivered, but you still can’t find it, a theft may have occurred. Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to offer you a refund or return the item(s).

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
  • Next, contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  • Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cheapitde.com

Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Trades
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@cheapitde.com. Depending on your place of residence, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
